Compliance

Built on the VeriFactu Regulation

SHA-256 hash chain, electronic signature, AEAT-verifiable QR code and real-time SOAP submission, per Royal Decree 1007/2023 and Order HAC/1177/2024.

Simple

First invoice the same day.

Upload your digital certificate, choose a client, issue the invoice. The AEAT receives the record instantly. If AEAT goes down, we retry automatically — no data lost.

No surprises

Flat rate by segment

From €9/month for autónomos. SME €29/month. Gestoría €49/month + €4/client. No per-invoice fee. See all pricing.

What's included

Regulation-compliant — no technical jargon.

Every feature maps to a specific regulation article. We don't say '100% compatible' — we tell you exactly what we comply with and where.

RD 1007/2023, Art. 8

SHA-256 Hash Chain

Each invoice is cryptographically chained to the previous one. Impossible to alter a past invoice without breaking the entire chain.

Order HAC/1177/2024

AEAT-verifiable QR code

Each invoice carries a QR code your client can scan to verify it directly on the AEAT electronic office.

VERI*FACTU mode

Real-time SOAP submission

AEAT receives the record at the moment of issue. If their service goes down, we retry automatically.

Documented receipts

Tested against AEAT production

Connected to the real AEAT production environment, not a sandbox. Documented acknowledgements available before you pay.

Why it matters

Three invoices. One chain. Impossible to forge.

Each invoice carries its SHA-256 fingerprint and the fingerprint of the previous one. Alter a single invoice and the entire chain breaks — AEAT detects it instantly. That is how VeriFactu makes invoice fraud technically impossible.
